We're very honored to be named as national key pesticides processing factory. We mainly produce, process and repackage TC pesticides and pesticides formulations, such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, snail controller and rodenticides, etc. The factory is located in Wanshi Town of Yixing City, The Name of factory is (YIXING XINGNONG CHEMECAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD) covering an area of 18,700 m2, with a building area of 8,600 m2 and annual processing capacity of 6,000 tons. We have whole set of production equipment, which include 26 reaction pots of various sizes, 1 set of air flow pulveriser, high-speed shearing machine and sanding machine. Moreover, we also have 16 sets of liquid and solid filling machines and production lines.
In addition, our investment of environmental protection equipment has reached to 0.2 million US dollars. We cooperated with Jiangnan University in design and install of a multi effect evaporation processor. After concentration, the wastewater will be send to the wastewater treatment plant appointed by the local environmental protection bureau and then complete the incineration process. In this way, we could meet the requirements of zero discharge of industrial wastewater.
The company pay more attention on quality, health, safety and environment protection, which has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification, GB/T28001 Occupational Health. Our factory has got the National Industrial Safety Production license. Furthermore, we've been named Quality Management Standard Enterprise by Ministry of Agriculture, AAA Grade Credit Enterprise named by Jiangsu Province.
